About 9 months a year I am out home. Travelling around the world, most focusing Asia. For the last eight years I've been taking pictures of Buddhist Murals in Thai Buddhist Temples. I've been all over Thailand searching for temples. From deepest south (Pattani, Narathiwat...) to the northern most tip of Thailand. And Isan, the wonderful land of the North-East. Up to now 230 wat (pagodas) visited and about 50000 pictures taked from them. Some of the pagodas are in very remote areas. I discovered real treasures, both in the walls and in the heart of people. I believe some of these precious murals were never photographed before. At present (2019) I'm still searching for old Khmer ruins in Thailand and Cambodia. The most remote ruins and most hardest to find. Some ancient monuments are located in dangerous places, like ones hidden in the thick jungle at the border between Thailand and Cambodia. Historical masterpieces which are a tug of war between both countries.
