On the Lonci & poklopci channel, you will find numerous recipes for preparing traditional and international dishes in earthenware. All the dishes in which we prepare meals are made in Zlakusa according to a recipe that is more than three centuries old, a mixture of clay and ground calcite stone.
We prepare dishes in electric ovens and wood stoves, on hotplates, but also the way they used to be prepared in pottery on the fire and embers.
