Welcome to Swimproving!
In this channel I aim to help swimmers and swimming teachers alike with regards to all elements of swimming and how, I feel, is best to teach it. I primarily started this channel because of the lack of knowledge out there about how to correctly swim, and the lack of actual guidance in how to teach certain aspects you are given on swimming teaching courses.
