KPH by the numbers:

1000+ members
7+ years of community
30+ in-person meetups
40+ podcast episodes
100+ success stories

But the real number that matters?
The friendships formed and opportunities created that changed lives.

Would you quit high-paying job at Google to startup? He did.

Why?

Google Photos isn’t safe and could be using photos of our loved ones to train the AI 🤯

Meet Vishnu Mohandas of Ente! Ente is a Google Photos alternative with end-to-end encryption, and fully open source.

I sat down with him for 1 hour+ podcast and it’ll blow your mind why he’s doing what he’s doing.

Watch comments for more details!

Here’s the ultimate model for all the builders and sellers out there!

Here’s what we usually do:

-Understand a problem
-Build a product around it
-Try to identify the target audience and ICP
-Struggle to convince them of the problem and make the sale

But here’s the catch,
what’s the one thing we struggle with the most?

There’s a reason why so many built products are out there doing nothing:

-No distribution, no selling.

Now imagine this:
-You already have a community (through social media, offline channels, etc.)
-You discover a common problem within that community
-You build a solution around it

Boom!!

-The people who face the problem are already there!
-Distribution is already in place!

This ‘Distribution First’ approach is a killer method that a lot of giants are leveraging right now!

P.S. If you’re building something new, maybe it’s time to rethink your approach. Maybe focusing on the audience can work better!

Google Photos, Apple Photos (iOS), Instagram

Building another app to compete with them sounds crazy, right? AI, Machine Learning, and sleek features make these apps incredibly smooth.

But what if I told you a Malayali is building a Photos app in this space? And they’re doing it without raising money! You must be kidding, right? They’re profitable too! How?

That’s exactly what I thought when I shot this episode with Vishnu Mohandas, Founder and CEO of Ente.io!

Ente app offers all the features, with end-to-end encryption and is fully open source.

Why do end-to-end encryption and open source matter? How are they solving hard engineering problems?

Stay tuned for 5 PM today!

Building KPH wasn't about creating another tech group.

It was about giving Kerala's hidden tech talent a VOICE.

Started with 10 people in a WhatsApp group.

Now 1000+ top performers building incredible products.

The best communities start small but dream big.

Ever wonder how some communities seem to explode overnight?

Mine didn't.

Back in 2017, I started a simple WhatsApp group to connect with like-minded tech folks in Kerala.

No fancy platform. No marketing budget. Just genuine connections.

Fast forward to today: KPH has grown into an invite-only community with 1000+ top-tier talents and founders building game-changing products.

The secret? It wasn't growth hacks or viral loops.

It was consistency + value + real relationships.

We built slowly, deliberately, focusing on quality over quantity. Every new member made the community stronger, not just bigger.

What I've learned: The best communities aren't built overnight. They're cultivated patiently, one meaningful connection at a time.

Question for you: What's one small, consistent action you're taking to build your own community?
