This channel "Mental Toughness" is a motivation platform for everyone who is interested in building mental toughness, getting stronger, achieving your dream goals and striving for the best version of yourself.
Our way to do it is to go through the suffering, endure the pain and to never give up - there are NO EXCUSES!
On this channel, we take life as it is. As Jordan B. Peterson nicely puts it: "Life is suffering, so get your act together!" We believe that we should pick our damn load -the heaviest we can find- and take responsibility for the betterment of our lives.
