最近、例の流行り病に感染しました。
まだまだ暴威を振るっているのが恐いところではありますが
メンタルや体調が不調になると、かかりやすくなるのかなとも思いますので
皆様もどうか、ご自愛くださればと存じます。
Recently, I contracted the illness that has been going around.
While it's still a cause for concern as it continues to spread, I wonder if being mentally and physically unwell might make one more susceptible.
Therefore, I hope everyone takes good care of themselves.
