Maria Rona Beltran once dreamt that traveling the world is the alpha and omega of her happiness. However, she realized that the best thing in life is to live for as long as she can - healthy and happy. Now, she prefers to feature topics that promote WELLNESS, HOLISTIC HEALING, ZERO-WASTE LIFESTYLE, ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS AND PLANT-BASED DIETS.She swapped her stressful random backpacking trips to farms, gardens and markets buying fruits and vegetables instead. She hopes to grow her own pots of herbs at the 5th floor of her apartment and join cooking classes about whole food and no oil recipes. She's been to 9 countries already. She now enjoys less frequent but slow travel that focuses on experiences not on finding Instagrammable spots. She's a first-time dog mom to Ollie, a shih tzu.
