My hope is to help myself, and touch just one person with my journey with Anxiety, and Panic Disorder over the last 25 + years, and how now I am coming off my medications using the Ashton Protocol, for coming off of Benzodiazepines, now having already come off my SSRI (Anti Depressant) with the help of my doctor. I am now using a holistic Doctor to help me through this process. I am not a Doctor, nor am I giving any advise on how to do this, only putting my own Journey out there to help myself and hopefully others. Love to you all!
