Found my 2006 Cadillac Escalade ESV shuddering everytime it rained. On a sunny day, using a spray bottle simulating rainy conditions, l located the affected area.
The upstream O2 sensor (before the catalytic converter) connector was being affected by water. I disconnected, cleaned out and reconnected the sensor lines.
Back to normal!
