Hey y'all I just want to thank you again for joining me on so many live Qigong classes. And I'm proud of you for doing the work. If you missed class last week you may have missed the special announcement. Instead of teaching online Mondays, I'm now teaching at the Piedmont Hospital Fitness Center Mondays at 11am

So, a drummer I jammed with tears ago pre-Andre (Jeff Barrow) moved from his house and found these tracks in a dusty box in his attic. When he showed me a pic of the CD with the tracks written on it, I realized I had never shared them with the world. To be honest, I don't remember every one I recorded with or who the songs were about. I knew NOW WAS THE TIME to share it with the world. At the time I had a LOT of issues causing memory lapse from dealing with a stalker, to money issues, relationship drama, you name it! But now, the coast is clear and we can dance to the melodies together.
I'm guessing it was around 2009 when these songs were HEAVEN SENT to help my (our) heart process the FFFFFFreeeeezing temperatures of this reality.
Thing is.... The brrrrrrrrrrrr froze the songs too.. but 14 , wait 15? years later..
