Vishnu Baug is Nirman's hero project. Why the hero project? Nobody else redevelops such lavish, huge apartments with all kinds of amenities in Model Colany. The brand wanted to authoritatively claim the position in luxury. The brand has done luxury projects but wasn't really known for luxury projects, especially in redevelopment. To solve this brand positioning issue, especially while changing the brand identity, this was the right product to announce the brand identity change as well as to announce that this company's brand is way better than the other redevelopment brands in the model colany.
So the project and its success were used to revaluate the corporate brand, and instead of a typical elevation, we used a swimming pool image because, after doing some research, we realized that none of the redevelopment projects in the model colany actually had a roof-top swimming pool. The image was used, and very minimal points were used to highlight the project and to have a push to express the attitude of the luxury brand positioning.

Thursday Throwback - 10 years to this ICONIC game changer advertising we had planned and implemented for our 1st ever Brand creation i.e PRIVIE
Privie being first Brand Architecture : Sub brand/Luxury Brand in real estate, we had to give justice to our own conceived brand .
We know how we convinced our client Kumar properties to take 1st ever real estate brand from Pune to advertise in the Robb report, that time India's only Luxury magazine by telling client that we will not get sales response from there but the entire India will know that a Luxury Brand has taken Birth in Pune.
And in Pune we used the same creative at such an unique location which was never taken by the real estate industry due to its unique dimensions i.e completely vertical on Main MG road.
So the combination of this National & Local unique placement of the Luxury brand took everyone's attention rather than they had to.
That's why this remains special for us as we not only gave birth to a structured luxury sub brand but also announced ourselves to everyone how unique, innovative & creative we are by action.
Creativity does not always mean only in computer graphics in our industry it is also in which media you choose, what location you choose, what size you choose for your brand's communication.
