As much as I love the winter being cozy & good food, I've found myself wanting to stay in bed, waking up later and less motivated to move and get out.
Waking up early, eating well and being productive has always been so much easier for me when the weather is nice so this is where months of turning up for ourselves, pushing ourselves when we thought we couldn't and creating those habits that will make the winter days much more easier to stay on track 💪🏻🙌☠️
