Try my manifestation technique:
1: Make your mind up what to visualise. Be clear what it is and what it would look like. Nothing big the first time. Forget about how or when it would happen.
2: Close your eyes and use simple imagination. Imagine it. See it happening - for NO MORE THAN ABOUT 2-3 SECONDS(!) (that is why you need to decide what to visualise first), then open your eyes. Forget about actually "seeing" what you visualise. Just use your normal imagination.
3: Afterwards, instantly go about your day normally.

This whole process takes literally seconds. This makes NO SENSE to the mind. The mind wants EFFORT. But just try anyway. Isn't it worth trying if it only takes seconds? Of course it is.

This way you don't give your mind time to:
- Analyse it
- Make much of an effort
- Think logically about it
- Get attached to the outcome
- Judge if it is possible or not (it is).

Don't forget that time is an illusion anyway. Once you imagine it, that's all.

Afterwards you can forget about it. You thinking about it wont change anything for the better. If it happens, be aware how the mind will try to explain the success away.

By "inside" in meditation, what is meant is the inner world, not inside the body, how you feel inside etc. The link to the inner world is visualisation. If you visualise, you are switching attention to inside. Once more focus is placed on the inside than on the outside, the inner world becomes the real one, for that moment, and you have entered the inner world - you are "inside".

Try meditation without trying to relax at all. Try to instead shift your awareness from outside to inside while remaining completely awake. In that state it may seem like it wont "do anything" but be patient and just spend time in that state and things will start opening upp inside.

Seek and you will find, they say. Also, seek and you will be found! I never heard anyone say that.

Only the mind can think that it can experience a state of not thinking because the soul sees that the mind always thinks.

This is what ChatGPT answers to the question: What is Blisscoded sound?

"Blisscoded sound refers to a concept associated with the use of specific audio frequencies or patterns intended to induce a state of bliss, relaxation, or heightened well-being. It is often used in the context of meditation, stress reduction, and promoting a sense of peace.

The idea is that certain sound frequencies or combinations of sounds have the potential to affect brain waves and, consequently, a person's mental and emotional state. Some proponents of blisscoded sound may claim that these audio files are created with specific frequency patterns to stimulate positive emotions and relaxation."

Not that bad of an answer.

Someone asked: "How does the results of the double slit experiment prove we are in a simulation?"

I don't know if I would call reality a simulation. I guess that depends on how you define simulation. But this was my reply:
"It could perhaps suggest that we are creating the simulation in real time, as we are experiencing it, without being aware that we are the source of it. Consciousness experiencing its own creation in real time through a limited and unaware human form so that it hides the awareness of being both the creator and experiencer, so that it seems completely real. Otherwise we would see that we are the source ourselves and we would know everything about everything. Now, everything is a surprise, everything is real and we don't remember anything of who we really are. So it's consciousness experiencing it's own creation in the only way that would make it seem completely real."

What do you think?

The I is like an empty space in space where there is supposed to be something but there is just nothing there. All that is found there are ideas of what this I is supposed to be. It's like walking into a room to see something but when you open the door you find that the door leads to a void. This is found in the one "place" that is ran away from to avoid suffering, which is a constant automatic behavior. It's "hidden" in the best place anything could be hidden. It's in the place we think is the center of all hurt, suffering and dark truths. The place where all the hurt that fly towards us in the metaphorical form of arrows, would hit us, if we were there, so we never go there. But if we truly go there, by some divine intervention, we find that the arrows fly right through, because there is nothing to hit!

40 Hz Gamma brainwaves for Increased wakefullness, focus, concentration, memory and happines. Studies have shown that for example lucid dreaming and peak meditative states are linked to gamma brainwaves on top of the slower brainwaves.
