Teen Empowerment empowers young people as agents of individual, institutional, and social change. Each year, we employ more than 100 young people as youth organizers to identify pressing issues in our communities amidst poverty, violence and racism in rapidly changing cities. The "YOs" tap into their own strengths, develop new skills, and organize a strategy to address those issues that involves thousands of their peers. Learn more at www.teenempowerment.org.
