He is working as Oracle DBA / Developer at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He had been certified as OCP 11g DBA and OCE RAC11g and Grid Infrastructure and OCE Database SQL.
He is Co-Founder of AZEROUG (Azerbaijan Oracle User Group) and speaker of TROUG (Turkish Oracle User Group).
