My channel is focused on "MY FITNESS JOURNEY". I want to share why I started exercising and what drives me to continue. I want to inspire all women who are struggling with depression because I've been there! And we can't take it lightly because I know how it feels & I know what this could do to our lives and to our families.
I've been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism just last year and I was so upset about it. But then I realized that this is my tipping point, that I need to change my lifestyle. I need to start living healthier, I need to love myself.. for me, for my husband and especially for my kids!
