New video: Envelope with a Transparent Window DIY https://youtu.be/-5ve7ILQK88 ✨ After printing postcards of my watercolor painting series Winter Flowers, I'd like to give one set (six cards) as a gift. I first put the set in a regular envelop, but of course, the envelope covered everything. I wanted something pretty and exciting to present it as a gift, and couldn't find any envelopes like that anywhere, so I made one myself! I thought you might be interested to see the process of making an envelope with a 'window display' like this. This is also a great project to recycle scrap plastic sheets, I use leftover plastic from laminating. In the picture is the original watercolor painting of the postcard visible in the envelop. Each gift tag would finish off any gift box or gift bag nicely ✨ Here it compliments the expressive look of a gift box (another upcycle project!). I do a lot of recycle and upcycle projects at home and studio, and I'd like to share these with you in the coming videos. Hope you find this video useful!

The video was from last week, and I'm currently doing other projects which are taking both time and... space on my tables! There's not even a corner to take pictures of the painting, so this is a print screen straight from the footage. I might try publishing the next video on a weekday, hope to say hello again to you soon!

In my new video https://youtu.be/_5GUzwhrBLc some pink roses are the inspiration for another painting in my newest painting series. This summer there have been a lot of heavy showers that seem to affect roses in the gardens. Well good thing these pink roses bloom, even when outside is pouring with rain (the actual weather when I took this image). Hope you enjoy!

New video: https://youtu.be/rvy9angen-U 😀 Welcome and let me know what you think of the new filming approach! In the video I use both of these two brushes, they're well-loved as you can see. Brushes' handles can get stained, but what's important is to get them out of the water container when not used, rinse in clean water, remove the excess water (I use a clean old tea towel) and keep them dry.

Dear Friends, my first watercolor solo exhibition is ready and open! It's been a precious journey to get here, and I'm very thankful for your support since I started with my first YT watercolor video a few years back then, that led me to this point. These past months, most of my time has been going into the exhibition, however, I've been preparing some new videos as well. Very excited about this as well, hopefully they'll get ready before summer. Have a lovely weekend!
