Hello friends! I hope all of you are doing well. I've received some lovely messages recently asking about the current state of the channel and when new content will arrive. Therefore, I've decided it's time to provide you all with an update.
As you know, I originally planned to take a break and brainstorm the next batch of content during the month of July. With the intention of uploading some new videos sometime in August. Unfortunately, several members of my family caught COVID in mid-July.
I don't feel comfortable going into all the details but I will say this; it started with a little one too young to get the vaccine and it then spread to some adults who did receive the vaccine. Everyone is absolutely fine and recovered. However, some adults are in a high risk category and did get very sick. I am eternally grateful that everyone who was old enough to get the vaccine did because it prevented some people from potentially going to the hospital.
Needless to say, this threw me for a big loop and made me uncomfortable with the idea of going back to the parks to shoot footage. I am vaccinated and feel relatively safe about going myself, but it does feel strange to produce videos as if everything fine when so many kids still cannot get vaccinate. This is no way meant to come off as criticism to channel who keep uploading content. For some channels, it's their livelihood to keep going. I respect that. I also respect that getting the vaccine is your choice. I have my opinions, but don't want to get into heavy debts and lecture anyone. I just know that if I shoot content while feeling uncomfortable, my creativity will suffer and it will be of no use to you. Best to wait until I feel confident so that I can continue providing informative and entertaining content.
So to answer everyone's big question, I do not know when the next batch of videos will come. I always have trips planned and ready to go if I decide to pull the plug, but don't want to promise anything just yet. I am also working on some creative side projects so I can still earn some money and keep my skills in check. But I am always here to answer any theme park planning questions you may have. I love stay connected with all of you; it brings me so much joy. So thank you for your continued patience and understanding. I think we are almost out of the woods, but we still have to keep being responsible to do our part.

Hi friends! Due to some technical difficulties, today's video will be delayed until tomorrow. I've learned that in cases like this, it's better to take the time and fix problems instead of rushing through something to post 'on time'. I hope you can all understand and appreciate your patience. But until tomorrow, make sure you catch up with my latest video; Part 2 of my Top 10 Tips for Universal Orlando Resort. WATCH HERE: https://youtu.be/f4V1VMekbag

Hello friends! I have a quick update. Due to some technical difficulties, today's video will be postponed. Day 4 of Hotel Week will explore a stunning 2-bedroom villa at Disney's Riviera Resort and will be up by tomorrow. Sorry for any disappointments, but I promise it will be well worth the wait. Until then, happy Friday!

Hello friends! I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. today. As we Americans try to enjoy a holiday weekend, it is important to reflect on why we get this special 3-day weekend in the middle of winter.
For many years, I've always known and understood the importance of celebrating the life of this American hero. But this year, a few extra details dawned on me. First of all, I noticed that this is pretty much the only federal holiday in America that honors a single American citizen. Yes we have things like Presidents' Day, but that has turned into a day of appreciation to the office of the Presidency; not necessarily singling out one of the others. The realization that it is so rare to honor one specific person in this way, helped me fully comprehend the importance of the holiday.
Most of us know the basics. We celebrate this day to honor Dr. King's birthday, which was January 15th. We also celebrate to remember his vital role in the Civil Rights Movement from the 1950s until his death in 1968. It was was after Claudette Colvin and Rosa Parks refused to give up a bus seat, that Dr. King and other leaders spear-headed the Montgomery Bus Boycott in 1955 and 1956. This is what launched Dr. King to the national stage, thus creating a huge voice for equality in America.
But his legacy goes beyond the work he did for his own community back then. Some of us, myself included, may sometimes forget or overlook the fact that his message has benefited us all. Just last June, the Supreme Court deiced that the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which outlaws workplace discrimination on the basis of sex, not only covers discrimination against one's gender but also their sexual orientation and gender identity. This is especially important to me for obvious reasons. I am lucky enough to work for myself, but I cannot tell you how much better I can sleep at night knowing that both my husband and I can hope for protection in the workplace on top of other rights we've gained just in the last couple of years. Dr. King may not be the one who wrote the bill, but there is no doubt in my mind that his voice and leadership played a crucial part in making the law a reality.
So I want to take this moment to say thank you. Thank you Dr. King for your message and ideals. Your work to protect your community in the workplace, school and so many other public spaces paved the way for other marginalized communities like mine as well. But while it took more than half a century to get to where we are now, it's important remember that there is still a long way to go. Therefore, this year in particular, let us not only celebrate this man's life today but also hold true to his vision for equality for all.
