There's a big problem these days in boxing gyms and with boxing trainers. When you go to the gym you'll be told what to do, but not exactly HOW to do it. You won't be shown the proper movements and bio-mechanics behind the skills and techniques the trainers teach. They say "you can't teach punching power." This is only because they don't know how to teach it.
"Natural" fighters and knock out artists use the proper bio-mechanics and proper movement *instinctually.* Trainers say you can't teach these things, however I've figured out how.
