The Root Chakra is where we are most likely to find any past life fears or experiences that may carry over for us, and we need to help put those to rest.

Clearing Fear from the Root Chakra:
• Use a short affirmation.. "I am safe. I am strong. I am well."
• Surround yourself forest elements like rocks, wood, and plants to help you stay grounded and keep a nurturing positive energy environment around you.
• Focus a morning routine on clarity. Make time to care for yourself each morning. 10 minutes for stretching will make you feel great. Jot down any concerns or ideas that are filling your mind. Put good foods into your body. Hydrate! Dance.
To help dispel fear and foster clarity, clearing out that Root Chakra, Smoky Topaz (or Smoky Quartz) is the go to gemstone!

anxiety, fear, and restlessness. You might be feeling disconnected or insecure. Physical issues like lower back pain are also an indicator.
How to Balance the Root Chakra:
Grounding exercises like walking barefoot in nature are the most wonderful experience you can give your body. Even now that it's snowing, you'd be surprised how this chilly sensory experience can also bring many physiological benefits.
You might also try Yoga poses like Mountain Pose and Tree Pose, and Meditation focused on stability and safety.
