Hello all my amazing subscribers. I have alot to say to you wonderful people who are still subbed to my awful channel.
Firstly thank you for remaining as my subscribers, you are all very loyal and are absolutely amazing.
Secondly, I'm almost done with uni so in a few months I plan to try animating again as it's something I love and wouldn't want to give up for the world. I know i have had ALOT of bad uploads and barely finished projects but I hope to rectify this by making better and longer stuff if I have time.
Lastly I don't know what this channel will be like in the future: alive, dead or just abandoned, but you all have been amazing to me for the past 6+ years and I want to know what kind of stuff you'd want to see. I wish I could give you all the best content I can.
Wish me luck on completing uni and I hope to being animating again in the future for you again.

To all subscribers who for some reason are still following this channel, firstly I'd like to thank all of you for sticking with my dead-ass channel for the last 5 years, it hasn't been as glorious and amazing as I believed but I hope that if I make more videos, you'll atick by me, regardless of my future content (if any).
Secondly, all my old videos (or at least the cringy ones) will be hidden, I dont wish for them to remain as it reminds me of the failures I did, such as my crappy self-taught animation skills (which is true, never used any tutorials aside from rigging, map imports and bone lockings). Only a few videos will remain and once I decide what else to do with this channel, you might see more of me, or at least if I find motivation to make larger projects.

Hey guys i'm back on my rotting corpse of a youtube channel to inform you guys of something very important to my channel.
Firstly i apologise for the year of no real content, my finals are almost over, by the 17th of June, I will then be free (apart from looking foe a job) to make new conent for you guys like I used to but here's the important part, I recently thought about abandoning the channel for many reasons BUT I have instead decided to do a 'Fresh Start', srarting of right again, but i will keep my old videos up.
Now what does this mean? It means that SFMs will still be here BUT currently sfm is broken with the lighting operations so I can't use lights in sfm or to get the natural lights on the map to function properly, so until i can fix that idk when another sfm will be out. I ha e tried contacting steam suplort but I can't for some reason, so no helo there.
Secondly I will be doing more DBD commentary gameplays because as a conent creator, I want to grow my channel so that I can appease the greater majority of youtube's members and make better content that I myself enjoy making whilst trying something new. I hope you all will support my decision and will stick around for the future of the channel.
Also since I want to get more subs, I want to interact with you guys to make sure that my community here is fully functioning and co operative with each other so I will again mention that I have a discord server (see the about section for an invite) and I want you all to come and join me there, hopefully we all can get along and interact with each other there.
Finally I would love to thank you all so much for the past 3 years of my time here on yt, you guys are the only reason I even bother continuing to make content and try to improve my video quality. I do apologise for all the massive inconsistencies and 'lack of effort' videos in the past year, by summet break, that'll stop and I will be ensuring my videos have 'heart' again, like in the start. I will try to do more commentary videos and even at one point (providing if I get far enough to do this), I will do a face reveal because I feel like you guys understanding who I am and what I like would help us all have a better understanding of each other. I have no official goal right now, but I MIGHT do one at around 50,000 subs as it seems fair and possibly reasonable, so yeah let's see how that does.
Well that's all I have for now, I do plan on addressing the things said here in an informative video that'll come up soon after my exams, until then wish me luck and have a wonderful day. <3

Incase none of you have heard, Article 13 has passed, unfortunately content on this channel might have to be reconsidered and looked over to ensure I dont break the new EU law.
However there's potentially hope, and that is BREXIT. Depending on how the event is enforced, Article 13 might not apply to the UK meaning I wont be blacklisted or suverely pressured into obeying the rules. Brexit is kind of a mess right now but hopefully things will work out better soon.
Also my final exams in college are coming up in a month or so, wish me luck and content here will return over summer.

So now here's where I come in, as you know the majority of all my content requires the use of SourceFilmaker, which is created by Valve and uses pre-existing copywritten content such as trend, music and other material to create the sfm animations, as a result my channel will be targeted by the article, which means I could potentially be terminated, if not that, my videos could be removed or privatised in the confinds of Europe and the same applies to me viewing other videos which may/may not originate from a channel inside the European union, such as USA, Australia, Canada, etc. The same applies to social media such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.
So basically to summaries it, massive European youtubers, such as Pewdiepie, Markiplier, Jacksepticeye and more, including smaller youtubers like me, will be targeted and strongly scrutinised in order to enforce the new copywrite law updates, which and put many thousands out of their youtube career and could potentially delete the channels which spend many hours providing you all with content you love and enjoy (or hate if it isn't your up of tea).
So as a result for me in regards to you guys, I won't be able to upload sfms if they violate the terms and conditions, the same might apply to my Deviantart too (link in the 'About' section of my channel and video descriptions). I might end up having to lose all connections to this site and to you guys so allow me to say a couple of things that are the upmost importance to me as of right now.
1: I know my channel isn't exactly too active and has pretty much stagnated at this point, but I want to say just one thing to you all, THANK YOU, not just for the subs and views but for the years of constant support and love you all have given me over my 3 years of youtube. Your support has really made this hobby of mine worth it and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better audience than the 4,000 of you. I wish you could only understand all I went through to try my hardest to make videos for you all, and for all I have I am extremely greatful.
2: If Deviantart isn't affected, I might try to keep my content there active, just as long as I can make some form of art, even if I return to drawings because of the potential ban of sfm. If not, I'm sure I'll find something to do, even if my channel remains but loses it's content, I will try to keep content going as long as it fits the soon-to-be guidelines of Article 13. (Who knows, maybe you might see a face reveal in the content I have planned for a while ;) )
3: I might not be affected long term by this, if any of you remember my first Q N A video, which I deleted due to imposters and I wanted to try and protect some details at the time, I said I reside within the UK. As some of you may know, Brexit had won within 2016 and my country and the others of the UK are pulling out slowly, so when it fully takes place, I might be able to upload again as the European Union Parliament's laws MIGHT not apply anymore and will liberate some of the channels affected. Now I don't know if this is actually a possibility but Brexit might be my only hope to escape Article 13's clutches and maintain my channel and all the hard work I put into this.
Well that about does it for this post, I did want to make a video on this but I'm really busy right now with college and I need to apply myself almost full time to ensure I get what I need for unoversity. But please share this message with all the other content creators on individual platforms and maybe, just maybe we can save youtubers and other content creators from being restrained by the new laws to be implamented. #Saveyourinternet
