How many subscribers consider themselves active with my channel?
With this COPPA thing I do not have the money or time to worry about fines. I already do not make money off youtube and may just have to accept the kids content thing. This would basically get rid of all notification, alerts, make my videos unsearchable and disable comments. So basically like showing my art to a brick wall.
