I live with my family in the Scottish countryside where we have a small garden (a mini homestead π
) of about 0.5 acres.
Our hardiness zone is 7, although we do live in frost pocket.
I am trying to grow as much food as possible, within reason π
I forage and preserve as much as I can. And make food from scratch for my family.
We have a small flock of hens too.
I am also a Montessori mum of two young girls.
