As a daily commuter on West Palm Beach' s Palm Tran Bus Service I wish I had started this page many months ago when the idea came to me. From weekly bus passes that expire the first day to abusive drivers screaming at passengers to scary situations to being dumped out miles from home, I have seen the good, bad and ugly. I hope that this will be a forum for us all to air our grievances and stand up for our right to safe, comfortable transport. Add your videos and comments and let's let PalmTran know they can no longer hide behind a malfunctioning complaints' form.
