Hi friends, I am Namitha. I born and bought up in a small village in Kerala. I am a food lover like my father. I also love to do farming , Crafting and I get the base knowledge from my father. Whenever came to hometown I spend most of the time in our families "Tharavadu" where I get several knowledge's and ancient utilities and many more. Rasakkoottu is started with my interest in cooking. I am mainly focusing here on different varieties of vegetarian food items maintaining our tradition and authenticity. I personally like to prepare the foods by my self and enjoy to serve it to family. There are lots of back end support from all family members . Through my videos, my intention is to recreate old lifestyle and cooking techniques and visualize those memories to the new generation when ever I am at my home town.
