Our video this week takes us on a lovely walk along a waterside promenade and to a beautiful island, only reached on foot along a tidal causeway. This special island with a church and graveyard is between 2 impressive bridges and surrounded by the beautiful Welsh countryside. We hope you can join us this Sunday at 5pm GMT.

Hope you've all had a good week. In our next video, this Sunday at 5pm GMT, we go on a walk along a city centre canal. Running alongside an ancient Roman wall this lovely canal cuts straight through the city allowing you to see many of the wonderful sights along the way.
