Day 38 training for MyRock Bike Challenge Australia to share Jesus, Yeshua! First day of week 6! Praise the Lord God, was whooped by one hill, rode three other hills for the new highest elevation gain 2854ft, biggest climb and 3rd longest ride, 39.3 miles all in 3hrs 27mins!

Day 34 Biggest Elevation gain 2,276ft, 37.22mi training for MyRock Bike Challenge Australia sharing Jesus! Trying to mix in as many hills as I can now. The area around Melbourne will be much tougher than I first thought lol! Only by God’s Grace and Mercy will the challenge be successful; the hill climbs really make me think, every time, you have to just keep peddling and not give up! Was listening today to the Gospel books of Mark and Luke – sunny afternoon, dramatized audio reading, really good training day. Praise the Lord over and over.

Day 33 Biggest Elevation 1754ft Hill Climb, 34.4mi training for MyRock Bike Challenge Australia! Good burn on the little legs lol! Coming to the conclusion, finding a comfortable days ride to be 35-40 miles a day (so 40mi x 7 days = 280mi/week) which is just at the passable point to complete the challenge. Only by God’s Grace and Mercy will the challenge be successful; the hill climbs really make me think, every time, you have to just keep peddling and not give up!

Day 32 mountain bike training, great ride along the canal, then getting off the flat and up some hills! Stopped in a park in Bath named Sydney Gardens! Coming back was tried by some 25% incline village roads! Praise God a safe and fun ride!
