I've been asked to help announce the Onslaught Captain Series for Vermintide 2, and as I love tournaments, I agreed. Below is a pre written message provided to me. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, and I'll get in contact with coordinator staff to get them answered right away. Good hunting!
Hello Ratslayers,
The Onslaught Series will hold the Onslaught Captain Series
from the 28th of September until the 13th of October.
After signing up (alone or with your friends) you will be paired with a coach. The sign ups will close on the 26th of September and coaching can officially start with the announced maps.
In those two weeks, your team and captain will communicate with each other and schedule as many coaching sessions as you want or can.
After those two weeks the final games are held and streamed on the Fight the Tide twitch channel. This will be your "official" playtime. In 3 hours you should try to beat as many of the 4 maps in the dedicated order they are given. You will have unlimited attempts on all maps and can move on to a different map at any time.
Please do note that this is a learning event and in no way competitive.
Teams will consist of 4 players and a captain. This can be a premade team or one that will be grouped together from others in the signups. The captain will be able to spectate the team through a stream or the usage of mods. Balance Mods are optional and the team may choose to use any or no balance mods.
Difficulties to be coached
Cataclysm 1 Deathwish Onslaught
Cataclysm 3 Deathwish Onslaught
Cataclysm 3 Deathwish Onslaught+
How to sign up
Join the Onslaught Series Discord Server
Go to the #signups channel
Fill out the pinned example signup form with your information.
We will be doing the pairings by hand. Team Rosters will only be finalized right before the coaching period begins. It is first come, first served, because we have a limited number of captains.
Thanks to Fatshark, every player to participate will be rewarded with some shillings in game!
If you can’t take part in the Onslaught Captain Series, don’t fret! There will be various events throughout the event period that will be streamed on the Fight The Tide Twitch channel.

Darktide video is in the works, I keep getting warnings on my Youtube channel, and we are NOT beating the charges. (Also the bigger the shovel, the more you miss Cadia, which still stands btw.)

New video dropping soon. It's based around the concept of if Elden Ring bosses had a little bit more... let's say "flair" to them. It includes nearly every boss with a cutscene in the game. Here's some screenshots.

Long post. Please consider reading all the way through. TL;DR at end.
Sorry for the radio silence. I've thought about it for a while, and decided to finally put something out for anybody wondering where I've been.
I've been very open about how I've felt for a while on other platforms, but I won't go into too much detail here.
I've lacked interest in both Vermintide and its community for some time, and no amount of time away has helped alleviate the feeling of burnout. While I'm not outright cancelling the Verminverse, other than a few shorts here and there, this is the last piece of Vermintide content I intend to post on this channel for the foreseeable future.
If, and when, I come back to finish it is up in the air.
While this may be disappointing to some of you, I didn't make this decision lightly. You can tell the passion was mostly gone by the Sienna and Huntsman videos, and with the loss of dozens of hours of work on the final Saltzpyre video, I realized I'd rather bow out before I made something that truly is not up to snuff, or worse, outright bad.
I'm not abandoning the channel, and I hope whatever I move onto next is still entertaining.
I'm glad I got to do what I have, and I'm grateful for the fanbase I've been able to build up.
If you want to keep up with my other, non YT endeavors, there's a link to my Discord server and Twitch channel in the description.
To all of you who watched my videos, joined my Discord, and spent time on my streams, thank you.
TL;DR
I'm done with Vermintide. Verminverse isn't cancelled but I don't know when I'll finish it. I'm not abandoning the channel, but I'm going to pursue what the channel was originally meant to be used for.
