My Xbox One and Xbox 360 have not been working lately so whenever I turn on my Xbox One it gives me Preparing Console for like 10 minutes then it gives me error E102 everytime and whenever I turn on my Xbox 360 the Power Supply turns Red or Green for a second then back to Orange everytime if anyone can let me know how to fix it I would appreciate it alot
