yes its my new oc and her name is "celeste", ill use the purple dragon oc "jinx" as my second oc
the reason why i changed: i wanted smth more unique. my new oc is based of the northern lights! :3 i also changed bcs this oc is a bit easier to edit and i love the color blue.
my oc partly still remains the same oc lore: shes still a "robotic" cat. her ears are based of the speakers and her tail is made of a belt.
some of u may have noticed that my dragons ocs "child" version had a chest, which my new oc will have too. the reason for it is that my oc is a grown adult and is 20/21 years old no matter what she looks like. my oc can change her appearance to a child yet still remains a chest. (this is **partly** based on the horror movie "orphan" there is a girl that is a grown woman but looks like a child)

since many of u were confused on where her second leg is, there it is, it's covered with the tail and front leg, and is cutten out in the video bcs of the zoom
