I (aka Les Studios de Carennac) have been collecting vintage model trains for the last 40 years: 0 and HO gauge models, mostly by Bing, JEP, Marklin and Hornby. I also have an interest in the die-cast Dinky Toys made between 1934 and 1973 for the British market and have assembled a big collection including some interesting ones from the pre-war early days.Videos of my trains are usually shot on one of my three HO gauge train layouts: a Märklin AC analog in the style of the '50s, a vintage Fleischmann DC, a generic DC 2-rails layout on which I operate many types of trains: british style 00 rolling stock, US HO rolling stock.In the summer time, I also assemble a temporary carpet layout in O gauge to operate my equipment of that gauge.
