I write slow, ambient piano music with a focus on evolving melodies and calmness. The pieces have slowly unfolding melodies, to highlight the beauty of each note; trying to make space in the music to appreciate the richness in just a simple chord, rather than constantly bombarding the listener with new ideas.
Something as simple as a major-chord, is like strawberries in summer: although it's the same every year, it's delightful every time. There is an special appreciation in focusing on the simple things, and I want to remind people of that feeling.
