Update 7.5 Ships:
Ralphe ( @RalpheSolo ) the Golden Boy from TDRF compiled information for you from Update 7.5 and more from Update 7.5. Here is the summary (includes predictions)
Introduction of 13 new premium ships:
1) USS San Francisco VII: New Orleans sistership with worse concealment but better damage output
2) KMS Blücher VIII: Prinz Eugen sistership with better HE and AA but worse reload
3) HMS Eskimo VIII: Cossack sistership with overall better everything
4) PLANS Tianjin IX: Riga class with good AA, gun accuracy and maneuverability. Access to Spotter plane that enhances its sniper-like playstyle
5) USSR Navarin IX: 2 quadruple turrets in the front, no guns in the rear. Good concealment and sneakier playstyle
6) FR Somme IX: Jutland class with better main gun damage but higher reload
7) Karl XIV Johan IX: Inspired by german designs. Highly versatile battleship equipped with torpedos
8) RN Sicilia X: Colombo with HE (instead of SAP) and SAP secondaries.
9) USS Halford IX: Classified as “aviation destroyer”, has a bomber squadron. Very unique playstyle and requires some skill.
10) Prins Van Oranje X: Upgraded Gouden Leeuw with animated and boosted airstrikes (with longer reload). Lower HE damage and gun caliber but better range and accuracy.
11) Western Dragon X: Venezia sistership with HE instead of SAP and better range. Deepwater torps with slightly better damage.
12) Northern Dragon VIII: Lenin sistership with better AA, speed and AP damage output

"The French Le Fantasque class destroyer Le Terrible.
The Le Fantasque were the fastest destroyers in the world and Le Terrible was the fastest among her sisters.
Designed to produce 73,000shp and exceed 37 knots in service, the Le Fantasque class all exceeded this to reach speeds of over 40 knots. Le Terrible went even further during trials, producing almost 90,000shp and reaching 45.02 knots at standard displacement.
While speed was impressive, the acceleration was not quite as impressive. Trials showed that it took 8 minutes to reach 27 knots, 28 minutes to reach 36 knots, and 46 minutes to exceed 40 knots."
