The power of noise on the brain is incredible and just by listening, you can quickly enhance your mental state.
As an adult diagnosed with ADHD, I discovered the benefits of noise for improving focus. I started experimenting with audio engineering software and taught myself how to make my own noises and soundscapes. It’s my hope that you enjoy them too.
My goal with this channel is to share my noise experiments objectively and without bias, even if they may not personally resonate with me. If others find value or enjoyment in these sounds, I am thrilled to hear about it!
