Welcome to BLUESDFW. This channel was started as an archive for videos of Dallas/Fort Worth blues artists doing their own original songs. Originally, I started with 2 camera shoots and intended to record 2 original songs by every contemporary DFW blues band. Unfortunately, as the club scene contracted here in the late 2000's, the original project had to be curtailed. There were no longer any clubs to shoot videos with decent house lighting and I choose not to set up obnoxious light banks during live shows. Since then, I have been shooting simpler, single camera vids of local and touring artists that come through DFW. Some are on my radio show at KNON 89.3 FM in Dallas. All songs and copyright belong to the artists who are performing and are original.
