A- Basically a vampyre in this Sense is someone who needs life force energy in some way as it's thought their body lacks the thing that produces what's absorbed for this energy by ourselves.
Q- Why with a Y sometimes?
A- this differentiates us from the "Hollywood" vampires, aka the (so far) fictional vampires from media, think Crowleys magic Vs Magick, same premise.
Q- I'm not a vampyre but I support them and the community is there a name for that?
A- Yes, you are most likely a "Swan".
Q- So...How many of you are there?
A- That number is inconclusive, but more than you might think, mostly in the USA though.
