I've been a professional chef for many decades and managed some very fine food and beverage programs at large resorts in several states. I'm the author of The Harvest Eating Cookbook-Running Press 2009, and creator of The Harvest Eating Website and Podcast, which has surpassed 489 episodes and continues to grow a substantial audience of devoted listeners and fans. In 2012-2013 The Harvest Eating TV Show aired every Tuesday on RFD TV available to 55 million homes in the US.
