Founded in 2008 by Sivan Ya'ari, the organization has completed over 1000 projects providing light, electricity, and access to clean water to over 5 million people in communities across 10 African countries: Uganda, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa, eSwatini, Cameroon, DRC, Ethiopia and Senegal.
