Welcome to the hobby garden in the woods! I garden in zone 8( according to google) in the woods, though I would argue it’s actually more like zone 7 or 6 up here. The neighbours even suggested zone 5. It has taken me two years to figure out this new micro climate and the shadier place I have here to garden. All I know is we are at least 3 weeks behind for up here. I’m not a homesteader, nor an expert in anything…I just do this for fun. Hope you enjoy
