Small channel update!

I am going to be officially breaking the channel into several smaller channels to better organize things. First one has already been made, my photography/cinematography channel

Next up will be my channel for cataloging my antique records.

Then will be another for reviewing books

and lastly another for cooking

This channel will remain, with its' focus on 19th-20th century history and reenactment preserved and continued.

Thank you all for the support over the last five years, looking forward to the next.

Still working on that Riesenflugzeug video, picking up more sources along the way! Luckily these will be of great help for future videos too

While you all wait for my main Riesenflugzeug video, heres a rather long video breaking down just how wrong Mark Felton can be. Not to mention his blatant Plagiarism of Wikipedia.

While I've been working on this mammoth video I also decided to start a podcast (thanks to the harassment of several individuals within the Discord channel.)
podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/wolf-of-1918

Feel free to take a look if you're interested, or don't.

In the mean time the script is getting closer to completion, an initial audio version will be uploaded to the podcast first with the more refined audio made-for-video will be released in the weeks following to youtube after I wrap up editing. I don't have a timeline on when, but it will be soon (I hope)

Have a neat picture!

Update on my Riesenfluzeug video: I am currently at 34 pages in the script, on average 4 pages will make a 10 minute video (at least from my experience writing these) so I am, effectively, at a runtime of 80 minutes. Obviously one may see this and get excited, because obviously it means I am almost done, right? Nope! I'm not even halfway there.

Please bear with me, this will all be worth it at the end.

In the meantime I'm trying to fill the void with other videos, but it's going to be sporadic.

Hey all!

Finally making a post about this, but I have been setting up the Youtube Memberships for those who'd like to support the channel. Currently there's only two levels, and they arent exactly the most fleshed out. If anyone has some suggestions I would be very grateful to both hear and implement them.

This will be my only post bringing it up for the time being, once it gets more fleshed out I might make another post at some point.

Thanks again for everyone's continued support. Please enjoy this very lovely photo of the Linke-Hofmann R.1 (yes it really flew) which will be one of the many subjects of my longest video yet (still writing the script incredibly)

Hey all, sorry for the lack of a video this weekend, we got hit with an internet outage and the cell reception out here is bad enough that uploading it through a hot spot just wouldnt be practicable. Going to have to delay it a week.

In other news, I've begun on the script that will eventually become my Riesenflugzeug video. I don't have a release date in mind yet, but it's going to be long enough a trailer may be justified while I work on the editing and such. (if anyone wants to help out with any part of whats looking like a potentially 2 hour long documentary, please reach out via my email in the channel description.)

I appreciate everyone's continued support and hope to not disappoint!

New poll!

I was planning on making a typical length (8-12 minute) video about the Zeppelin-Staaken family of aircraft, but after finding new (and better) source material, I've realized this is something that is going to take up a lot more time that that to properly cover, and I would like to cover the R aircraft (or Giant Aircraft) of Imperial Germany in its' entirety. I could make one extremely long video or it could be broken up a number of ways. One way I believe could work is making one long video to give background on the R-type aircraft and to cover the entirety of the Staaken class, with shorter videos following going over the other R-type aircraft both built and planned. Another is to break it up even further, with the Staaken class getting videos for each major example.

Was starting a nice little script with my typewriter when I realized the sources I have on this subject are far too outdated. I have updated source material on the way and the work will continue. More than likely this will spiral into an extremely long video or even mini series about one of my favorite aircraft of WW1
