๐ด Upcoming class livestreams! We quickly realized streaming without a clip on microphone while coach treaches a class of 20 people wasnt going to work out so well during our mostly failed tests awhile ago. Good news! Black Friday came through for us and we got some Rode clip ons to elevate our content. Once we get those in our hands, we'll do a proper boxing class livestream! Once again thank you guys so much for your support and enthusiasm, we are trying to keep up! As always, we are very responsive and read every comment, please communicate with us as we move forward, you will be heard!

๐ Coach's hand is healing up very well, the surgeon classified Coach's case as an "excellent quality surgery"; GLORY TO GOD! He repaired the tendon, repaired the joint capsule, removed a ton of scar tissue and now we're in a rigid cast for another 10 days before PT begins, with a temporary splint after that. We're looking forward to returning to competition late spring or early summer next year. In the meantime, keep an eye on our vlogs; we're bringing you along for the good, bad and the ugly!
