Back in the very glamorous hospital blues!
Just wanted to explain why I've been a bit MIA. Went in to hospital again for a couple of procedures and have been very out of it since then.
I always struggle for a week or two after anaesthetic and have been completely out of it and battling nausea. Anaesthesia is just not my friend unfortunately, other than the fact that it stops me from being conscious during surgery of course! Haha.
I am very grateful for that...!
I think it's also important to acknowledge how chronic illness affects mental health. For me, it definitely manifests in depression and anxiety and I know I'm far from alone in that.
With every surgery, sitting in the theatre waiting room and willing myself to walk towards the knife instead of the natural human instinct to run from foreseeable pain and danger, after every hospital visit, cancelled social occasion, months of nausea, migraines and pelvic pain, time off work, conversations about feeezing eggs etc, I feel a little more depleted, but I know there are so many amazing people fighting the same fight. And plenty who are fighting much bigger battles who I'm sending so much love.
Having an amazing medical team, and incredibly supportive family and friends means everything.
Thankyou for everyone's patience and kindness! I'll be back with you and back to my relatively perky self soon, with a bunch of really fun videos lined up for you! 😊

Hey Lovelies!
Just checking in to say I'll be a bit quiet this week here because I've been in hospital and sick. We can thank my Endometriosis for that.
I've had some deliveries though and have some fun things coming up though as soon as I'm back on my feet :-)

I was just looking at ordering a couple more palettes from Unearthly Cosmetics, but then I saw how much shipping was going to cost... minimum, $107...
I'm confused though, because last time I ordered from them a couple of months ago, it only cost me $25 to ship 2 palettes and I haven't moved...
Does anyone know why this might be? I love the brand and really want to be able to order from them again!
