Hey guys! For those of you who don’t follow me on IG or TikTok, I wanted to post the 4 key parent companies to boycott in the beauty world and the reasons WHY. There are a tonne of lists floating about, many citing brands whose owners have invested in Israeli companies - if you wish to boycott for this reason that’s absolutely your choice. However, understanding HOW brands have directly impacted the horrors that are happening in Palestine is key and trying to stick to a targeting boycott, as per the BDS is very important in order for it to be long lasting.
If you wish to boycott further than these parent companies, great. Please do though start with these and share them along with the info. Knowledge is power and our money is powerful!

Hello everyone! I hope my wondeful YT family are doing well. So sorry I've skipped a week and a halfish on uploading, for those of you who don't follow me on IG, Waqaar got pretty ill at the end of last week and after a few trips to A&E, difficulty breathing etc. we finally got to the bottom of it - a very nasty throat infection which had turned into a lung infection at the same time! Alhamdulillah he is much better now, we are back in Scotland and I'm just gathering my bearings!

Salaam and hello, a big welcome to you if you're reading this. My name is Iqra and I'm in my late twenties, over the years I've documented parts of my life that have held a lot of interest to me. From my teaching journey, to hauls and makeup content (I originally started a beauty blog in my late teens, before IG really kicked off!). Now I post a mixture of beauty, home, Faith, lifestyle and travel content.
