Hello everyone,

Many of you have probably forgotten that this channel/subscription exists but I wanted to share some with you all.

My name is Kate and I am the Tankman's daughter. Unfortunately my dad passed away on the 30th of January after a long battle with leukemia at age 73. I'd just like to thank you all for watching his videos and enjoying his content, however old it may be.
For those curious, his tanks have been donated to the members of his family. The Sherman, his first tank, will stay in my possession at his home as a monument to him. It sadly no longer works so it will stay with me until I am willing to part with it, which won't be any time soon. The M60 will be going down south to my aunt's property to be placed in the bush that Dad loved so much. She has many kids who will play on it and give it the care it needs for years to come. The final incomplete tank, the Badger, is being taken by one of my cousins who is an engineer. He has been in discussion with Dad before he died and is planning on completing it.

Thank you again everyone for commenting and supporting Dad's videos. I brought him a lot of joy when he was building the tanks. Much love from the Tankman family.
