Exciting stuff! I will be traveling south to a warm and sunny USA destination in early 2025. I will be doing some mobile live streams along the way, as well as filming a couple of long form videos that I can edit and post when I return. I'm looking forward to bringing everyone along!

Today, December 8th, 2024 marks exactly 2 months since posting my very first YouTube video !
If you would have asked me how many views or how my channel would be doing right now, when I started it, I certainly would not have expected this..
I wanted to make a post today, to say how thankful I am, for every single person who has watched, subscribed, liked, shared and commented.
Even if you only watched one short or even one second and never subscribed, thank you for visiting and helping my channel to grow.
Creators put a lot of time and effort into their work but if it were not for the viewers we would never grow and succeed in our mission, to share our creativity with the world.
I would also like to say a very special thank you to @monroemann for contributing so much to the success of this channel. He has had me on his channel as a guest twice, soon to be three times. He has commented dozens of times on my videos/posts as well as liking, and most likely sharing them too. Monroe is an amazing guy with an unfathomable amount of achievements. It would literally take me all day to type them out. So, Thank you, Monroe! I encourage anyone who reads this to visit his channel and show him some love. 😊
I would also like to say thank you to Jamie. You have also been so supportive of myself and the channel. You have given me great ideas for videos or for my future e-commerce activities. You have made me laugh countless times in the chat on Monroe's channel and in my live streams. It makes all of this so much more fun when I can interact positively with others. Like I said, without you and others, none of this would happen or matter as much as it does.

Okay, here is the update regarding the Relax | Chill | Zen live streams.
It can be difficult understanding copyrights and what is allowed as fair use etc. when I am very new to all of this. I thought that it would be best to set these videos to private while I waited for permission from the creator, to use the paintings featured in the background of my videos.
Originally, I hadn't even thought about this because I had purchased and I own the paintings. If the paintings just happened to be in the background of a video, not being specifically chosen and incorporated, one could argue that is "fair use".
However, just because I own them does not mean that I am allowed to produce content specifically using them for my videos.
When an artists produces a work of art or a song they automatically get copyright of it. And even though I have ownership of the paintings, I still needed to get permission from the creator to use them within my own content.
I have since heard back from the artist and they have graciously granted me permission to use their paintings in my YouTube videos. I have updated those videos to included accreditation to the artist. This will be added to the description of each video also going forward.
Thank you so much to the creator, artist of these paintings. They are remarkably beautiful and I encourage you to check out all of her work. She has many paintings for sale on her website. Bärbel Smith www.barbelsmith.com
I hope that this situation sheds some light on copyrights and how to navigate YouTube in a manner that not only prevents any copyright strikes from occurring on your channel, if you have one, and giving credit where it is due.

🍁Welcome! I am a solo content creator from Kelowna BC, Canada. I upload 4k videos about my outdoor adventures, touring around the city, and beyond! I also do Zen/Chill 🔴 live streams, and I just started doing in person live streaming as well.
