ANNOUNCEMENT
Hey everyone! In case you missed it over on our Instagram, about a month ago we were both lucky enough to secure jobs working at a remote Barra fishing lodge in Arnhem Land called Dhipirri. You know we've always tried to be as real and honest with our journey, sharing the good and all the bad. Sadly all the bad over the past 12 months has meant that we now need to pull up for a considerable amount of time to really top up to the funds again to keep going.
We are both working crazy hours (Shaneo 11 hours a day and Charlotte 13 hours a day) and only really have chance to edit/film content on our days off which are few and far between. With that, we have made the decision to drop our posting schedule to once a fortnight (hopefully). This will all depend on how much content we manage to also get for you.
Having recently hit over the 2000 subscribers mark we honestly can't believe there are so many of you supporting us! We haven't missed a Sunday post since we started posting on the 1st July last year so it is really disappointing to us that we can't maintain our usual posting structure at the moment.
We would be so appreciative if you keep engaging with our posts to keep the algorithim god on our side, but mostly we just want to say thank you legends for supporting us so far.
We look forward to sharing life in Arnhem Land and can't wait to the day we are back on the road sharing our adventures.

Holy Dooley!! There is officially 1000 of you 🤯
When we started this channel back in July to document our trailer build and then our travels with said trailer we never imagined in a few mere months there would be over 1000 of you that interested in us 😂😂
You guys all rock, your amazing comments and this growth helps us push towards continuing this adventure and producing even more content for you all.
Now we have so many of you following in along would you guys be interested in a Q&A at all?

Welcome to our channel! We are Char and Shaneo, aka Life in a 4wd. A couple in our early 30s who decided in our 20s that the 9-5 successful careers we were chasing were not actually bringing us any form of satisfaction. Shaneo decided to build a custom boat trailer set up to allow us to take our trusty little tinny and rooftop tent around Australia with us (build series is featured on this channel).
After 12 months on the road we have had to set up shop for a wee while to earn some more coin and have been lucky enough to secure jobs at Dhipirri Barra and Sportsfishing Lodge in Arnhem Land. Come join Shaneo and I as we document life in this remote part of Australia and as Shaneo begins a new careers as a Barramundi fishing guide.... and we'll be back on the road again before we know it!
