About
I’m a simple Navajo woman who was raised on the Navajo Nation but failed to learn my language and culture in the midst of my people. As a mother, I struggle to instill the language into my children as the English language is prominent in household, school, and everyday society. I found creating videos for my children to watch on their device to be an effective tool in teaching them basic Navajo words and identification. I created these videos for my own children initially, but decided to share with everyone. I know my pronunciation isn’t up to par, but I’m learning too so take it easy on me! I hope to create more in the best future. Hope you enjoy!
