Hey y’all! Ringing in the New Year with a burst of flavor! 🎉🍗✨ I'm bringing back my famous Hot Wings for a great snack. Here's how to do it:

For the dipping sauce:
In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese into the buttermilk and sour cream. Mix in the sugar and the apple cider vinegar, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
For the seasoning:
Mix the dry rub, salt, and cayenne together in a small bowl.
Preheat deep-fryer with peanut oil to 350 degrees F.

For the wings:
Add the wings to a large mixing bowl and season with the lemon-pepper seasoning, tossing to coat. Allow to sit for a few minutes, so flavors can permeate into the chicken. Add the wings to the deep-fryer and fry until cooked through and golden and crisp, 12 to 15 minutes (you may need to do this in batches).
Meanwhile, while wings are frying, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat with the garlic. Transfer to a large bowl and whisk in the hot sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
Remove wings from fryer and drain on a paper towel-lined sheet tray. Immediately sprinkle with the seasoning. Add fried wings to the large bowl of sauce and toss until well combined and wings are well coated. Serve immediately after tossing the wings with the sauce. Serve with the blue cheese dipping sauce and celery and carrot sticks.

Wishing you all a flavorful and joyous New Year! 🎊✨ Have a fantastic day and make sure to follow for more recipes!

Hey y'all! Here's a perfect meal to keep you warm this holiday season, my white chicken chili!

to start, drain and rinse the canned white beans. In a medium bowl, mash half of the beans with a potato masher until chunky. Reserve the beans until needed.
Add the canola oil to a large Dutch oven and heat it over medium-high heat. Add the peppers, onions, and garlic and saute until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Season the vegetables with salt, and pepper, to taste. Add the cumin, coriander, and chili powder and continue to saute for 1 more minute to toast the spices. Stir in the chicken stock, and lime juice and bring to a simmer. Add the beans and continue to simmer for 20 more minutes.
After 20 minutes of simmering, taste for seasoning, and adjust if necessary. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cilantro and simmer until heated through about 5 more minutes. Serve the chili in individual bowls topped with a dollop of sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, and lime wedges.

Hope you enjoy and stay warm out there!

Hey y’all! I couldn't resist sharing my go-to Turkey recipe for Thanksgiving! 🔥

Preheat the oven to 325°F and whip up a flavorful dry rub mix. Place the turkey on a rack, generously season the cavity, brush with olive oil, and coat it with the spice blend. Roast for about 3 hours ! 🦃✨
Transfer the turkey to a platter, tent it with foil, and let it rest. Meanwhile, let's make the GRAVY! 🍗✨ Scrape those pan juices into a measuring cup, add a dash of stock, and transform it into a delectable sauce.
Sauté garlic and shallots, whisk in flour, then blend in those flavorful pan juices and stock. Simmer, add the lemon and sour cream, season to perfection. Pour into a bowl for serving.
Carve the turkey and serve with your gravy.

Have a great Thanksgiving y'all!

🦞✨ Elevate your Thanksgiving feast with the decadent perfection of my Lobster Mac & Cheese! 🧀🍂

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and adjust the racks to the middle. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish with butter.
In a large pot of boiling salted water over medium heat, add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain the pasta and reserve.
Add 4 tablespoons of butter to a large pot over medium heat. Once the butter shimmers, add the shallots and garlic and saute until translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato paste and flour and stir to toast, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the white wine and reduce, by half, about 2 minutes. Slowly add the cream, whisking well to remove any lumps. Add the paprika, cayenne, and bay leaf. Bring the cream up to a simmer and turn the heat to low. Let reduce until the cream is thick and can coat a spoon, about 5 to 10 minutes. When thickened, remove the bay leaves.
Stir in the grated cheeses, a handful at a time, combining well after each addition. Add the chopped lobster meat to the sauce and stir well. Add the pasta and stir. Add to the greased baking dish and sprinkle with the panko crumbs and parsley. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle individual servings with parsley.

Hey y'all! You're gonna wanna try my recipe for these absolutely delicious Pumpkin Cupcakes! Just in time for the season! The ingredients are below and here's the recipe:

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line one 12-cup muffin pan with paper cupcake liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt then set aside.
In a large bowl, add the butter and the sugar. Beat with a hand-held mixer until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the pumpkin puree and the vanilla extract. Slowly beat in the eggs, one at a time. Incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixtures together until thoroughly combined.
Using an ice cream scoop, fill each cupcake liner 3/4 of the way full. Bake until the tops turn golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcake comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Remove the cupcakes from the oven to a wire rack and cool completely before frosting.
Lastly, for the cream cheese frosting: Add the cream cheese, butter, maple syrup, and salt to a large bowl and beat until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar until thoroughly combined. Top the cupcakes with the frosting and chopped pecans and there you have it!

Hope y'all give these a try and tell me how they turned out! Have a great week!

Hey, y'all! It's getting a little chilly outside so here is my classic Beef & Pork Chilli. 🙏🏾

Secure the ingredients as listed above and follow these instructions:

First, cook the bacon over medium heat until lightly crisp, stirring occasionally. Once the bacon is browned, add the garlic, onions, bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, chipotle chili powder, oregano, and smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Cook until the vegetables are tender and the seasoning is aromatic. Add the beef and break it up with a wooden spoon. Once the beef is broken up and beginning to brown, add the pork. Break up with a wooden spoon like the beef, and brown, until no longer pink, roughly 4 minutes.
Stir in the beer and beans. Toss together, then add the crushed and diced tomatoes. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper, if necessary.
Transfer the chili to serving bowls and garnish with lime wedges, sour cream, shredded cheese, and sliced scallions.

Have a good day and make sure to follow for more recipes!
