As a Armed Security Officer I am learning more and more when to just enjoy the day . Don't jump at every opportunity for overtime working extra days. Take time you relax on your day reflect on what changes needed be made ,no Tactical boots,no Kevlar vest, no Tactical pants .
Sometimes you just need a break clear your thoughts.
