This is the channel description. It is the part of a youtube page where you can find out more about your favorite creators. But you can not read it if you like. Most people don't even know it exists! Even though it can include up to 1000 characters you can use much less. Most people consider putting a channel upload schedule in their channel description. But I don't have a schedule!
